Regarding refunds:

All sales are final once your order has been placed.

All of our product is personally inspected and packed carefully before it is sent out.  However, if you receive something that is damaged please call us or write us within 14 days of receipt of the item in question and we will work with you directly to rectify the situation. 

Regarding items that are temporarily out of stock/back orders:

From time to time we may experience a temporary stock depletion of certain items due to our traffic flow. Please fill out the contact us form on our site, letting us know which item you were interested in and we will notify you once more have arrived.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
